Some need more support over time, and we'll talk through that together. Some families take the information from their starter session and move forward on their own. There's no obligation to go further together.

Why isn't this free?
This is a working strategy session focused on your needs, not a sales call. You leave with a real plan for your situation.
Is this covered by Medicaid?
No. Medicaid doesn't cover strategy sessions. The disability system wasn't built to help families find their way through it, and it certainly won't cover help to navigate the intentionally difficult processes. That's exactly why Momentum exists, to help you cut through the red tape.
Do I need guardianship or power of attorney first?
No. We work with folks who are their own guardian, and with families who have a power of attorney or guardian in place. Either way, we can help.
